Vazelin je u upotrebi godinama unazad, još od kada ga je 1865. godine hemičar pod imenom Robert Chesebrough predstavio kao sredstvo pogodno za suvu kožu. Za njega često možete čuti da je „Sveti gral u nezi kože za dermatologe“, a zašto je to tako, saznaćete u nastavku. Nežna formulacija vazelina čini ga pogodnim za gotovo sve tipove kože, a jako se retko dešava da se javi alergija na sam vazelin.

Jedina negativna strana u njegovom korišćenju može biti nanošenje prevelike količine na lice, usled čega zapušava pore. Da se razumemo u startu - vazelin nije proizvod koji se može nanositi samo na kožu lica, njegova polja primene su ogromna. Neki ga čak koriste u garaži kao pomoć u raznim radovima, ali ćemo se, naravno, fokusirati isključivo na negu kože.

1. DUŽA POSTOJANOST MIRISA NA KOŽI

Hidrirana koža duže zadržava postojanost mirisa, a kako bi to drugačije uspeli, nego uz pomoć našeg omiljenog vazelina! Na regije gde obično prskate parfem (regija vrata, ručni zglobovi), utrljajte vazelin, a zatim pošpricajte parfem. Postojan miris tokom celog dana ostaviće Vas bez daha!

2. UKROTITE VAŠU DIVLJU KOSU

Kovrdžava kosa deluje prirodno i slobodno, ali ponekad ume biti naporna. Ako imate ovakav slučaj, vazelin možete naneti na svoju kosu, što će ubiti dve muve jednim udarcem! Ukrotiće Vaše kovrdže, plus će dubinski hidrirati ispucale i beživotne krajeve!

3. LASH LIFT

Ukoliko Vam se dopada efekat "podignutih obrva" (tzv. Lash lift), uz pomoć jedne četkice i vazelina, tako nešto će biti lako postići kod kuće u samo nekoliko poteza! Naravno, ovaj efekat neće trajati danima, već ćete ga morati popravljati i nanositi iznova.

4. VAZELIN KAO PRIRODNI HIGHLIGHTER

Vazelin stvara "sjajan" efekat na koži, zbog čega ga umesto hajlajtera iz drogerije možete naneti na nos, vrh čela, jagodine i bradu, kako bi postili svež, blistav i prirodan sjaj.

NAPOMENA: Iako vazelin nije komedogen i svojim sastavom ne izaziva nastanak bubuljica, moramo Vam skrenuti pažnju da se ne preporučuje njegovo nanošenje umesto hidrantne kreme ukoliko imate problema sa aknama, jer vrlo lako može zapušiti pore. Ukoliko je Vaš cilj da se rešite akni - vazelin definitivno nije proizvod za to.

5. ODSTRANJIVANJE FLEKA OD ŠMINKE

Sigurno Vam se dešavalo da usled šminkanja isflekate odeću, posteljinu ili ćebe. Vazelin je tu da nas reši i ovih muka. Vlažnom krpom pokupite malo vazelina i protrljajte isflekano mesto. Ulje u vazelinu će pomoći da se izvuku druga ulja iz tvrdokornih mrlja od šminke. Nakon što ste dobro istrljali, uflekani komad odeće ubacite u veš mašinu kako bi bili sigurni da se fleka skinula.

6. DUBINSKA HIDRATACIJA

Vazelin je neverovatno efikasan u omekšavanju jako ispucalih, suvih i upaljenih područja kože. Takođe, sprečava gubitak vode u koži, što omogućava prirodnim uljima da hrane i dubinski hidriraju kožu. Ukoliko imate problema sa ispucalim petama, laktovima, pa čak i kožom lica, vazelin će se postarati za to.
