Mlevene koštice masline su rezultat složenog procesa obrade ostataka proizvodnje maslinovog ulja. Za proces proizvodnje ulja se koristi cela maslina, a nakon procesa centrifugiranja koštice se odvajaju od pulpe. Rezultat su svetlo-bež koštice koje nemaju miris, a sadrže pregršt benefita koji se koriste za lekove i kozmetičke proizvode za negu kože.
